What to know before your visit
A few things that can help you prepare for your first appointment at Jackson Dental.
Office hours
Two of these are worth pointing out if a weekday appointment is hard to manage: we're open Wednesdays until 8:00 PM and Saturday mornings, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Those two fill up faster than the rest of the week, so ask about them a little further ahead.

New patients
New patients complete a short intake form before their first visit. Download the form, fill it out, and email it back to us at jacksondentaldds@hotmail.com ahead of your appointment. There's no online form to submit.

A first visit typically includes a review of your dental and medical history, an examination, and a conversation about any concerns you'd like to address. This gives Dr. Ali the chance to get a full picture of your oral health before recommending next steps.
