Evening and Saturday appointments
We're open until 8:00 PM on Wednesdays and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays, along with daytime hours on Tuesday and Thursday. If getting to the dentist during a workday is the thing that keeps putting it off, those are the two slots to ask about. They fill up before the rest of the week does, so it's better to call a bit further ahead for them.
The fastest way to reach us
Calling is quickest, and it's the right choice if you're in pain, something has broken, or you need to be seen soon. Describe what's happening and our team can tell you over the phone whether it needs attention today and what to do in the meantime. If it isn't urgent, the appointment request form sends us your details and we'll follow up to confirm a time. That form isn't instant booking, and it isn't monitored after hours, so please don't use it for an emergency.

Before your first visit
New patients fill out a short intake form, which you can download from our Patient Information page, complete at home, and email back ahead of time. Filling it in beforehand means less of your appointment spent at the front desk. It asks for a few things worth gathering first:
- Your dental insurance card, for the plan name, group number, and subscriber details
- A list of any medications you take, and what each one is for
- Any allergies, including to medications or latex
- Your physician's name and roughly when you last saw them
- An emergency contact who doesn't live in your household
If you'd rather not send any of that by email, bring the printed form with you instead and come a few minutes early. Either way, Cindy at the front desk can go through what your insurance covers before any treatment is scheduled.
Where we are
The office is Suite 4 at 55 N. County Line Rd. in Jackson, close to the Jackson–Lakewood line that N. County Line Rd. runs along. Patients reach us from all eight towns bordering Jackson Township, and each one has its own page with directions context if you're coming from Freehold, Howell, Lakewood, Manchester, Millstone, Plumsted, Toms River, or Upper Freehold.
